The story presents the difficult childhood of a future talented surgeon and brilliant specialist, Ali, a young man suffering from Savant syndrome. This unique condition, expressed in the combination of the young man's exceptional talent in the field of medicine and a painful, age-inappropriate infantilism in other areas, prevents him from leading a full life and communicating with others. However, through the power of deep knowledge and innate talent, Ali successfully graduates from medical university. By chance, the young specialist is given the opportunity to demonstrate his talent when Ali saves a child from death. The young man's brilliant resuscitation efforts do not go unnoticed, as does his main goal in life: the desire for children to never die. The young doctor receives an invitation to become a specialist at one of the city's most popular clinics.
