The Çukur district is the domain of the Koçovalı family, led by the old Idris. Idris's sons and their associates control literally all spheres of life in the suburb of Turkey's largest metropolis. Both petty offenders and hardened criminals tremble before Idris and his team: they are obliged to adhere to moral standards and pay tribute. However, the poor who find themselves in difficult situations receive all the necessary help from Idris.
However, times are changing. New people are entering Çukur—a group of drug dealers. They offer the Koçovalı group a lucrative deal. What decision will Idris make?
