Umut tells his aunt that he was at the estate. Füsun scolds him for panicking, reminding him that they agreed to wait for the right time to strike. Meanwhile, Ateş signs documents and becomes the full-fledged manager of the company and the guardian of the children. He announces his decision to leave the estate, but the lawyer informs him that according to the will, he cannot do so.
