The focus is on Nilufer (Devrim Ozkan), who has dreamed of working at the Lutesya hotel, built by her late parents, ever since she lost them at a young age. While Nilufer works on making her dream come true, one of the hotel's heirs, Kaan (Ulas Tuna Astepe), returns after many years of absence, wishing to take revenge on his domineering stepsister Sevil (Gozde Seda Altuner), who has been managing the hotel for a long time.
